July

It's July

A beautiful day

the kids just play

The weather has nearly reached its pinnacle 

Night time seems so smooth and mystical

A drink served ice cold 

Thank you's are given, nice & bold

It's already hot for all that fire 

but let the story of life be told.

I can feel that cold drink in my hand as i watch the children play. This gave me a relaxing feeling, on a hot July day. One edit is in the fourth line, the word "is" should be "has". Nice write!
