Where does the heart go?

A good friend of mine once told me this, a something taken to heart. An inspiration that I thought I might like toshare with all the romantics out there...

is one supposed to stand around when one's love doesn't love you?

if the person you love doesnt love you
do you persist
do you stay
do you follow your heart
do you try

the answer is yes
its always yes
unless your heart stops beating
you follow your heart
you let it take you where it may
but you don't look back
you "can't just get over your heart"
and to be honest, nor should you
it sustains you, keeps you alive
without your heart, where can you live? just make sure you know where your heart is
if you do, you're in the right direction
you let your heart take you down every avenue
every creek
every square inch of possibility
until there is nowhere else to go but backwards
and rarely is that a necessity
