Christmas

Kids are screaming,
waving at their parents,
hoping to get a present.

Kids are screaming,
throwing snowballs,
hoping to win the game.

Kids are enjoying
kids are smiling
there is the christmas
they are enjoying in the christmas.

I like it but I'd change 'screaming'. It's a nit-picky linguistics issue but 'screaming' is usually used in bad situations. Shouting might be better, cheering, etc.

You know there are all different styles of celebrating Christmas. Some are religious, some secualar, some just pure commericialism. It's the joy of the season. I loved your poem. Christmas is like the joy of a testy snowball fight sometimes. Very cute!
