"Don't Stumble Over Something Behind You"

Whenever. 

I get upset. 

Over something I've dealt with.

 

Many times.

This little saying. 

Pops into my head.

 

Telling me.

Get over it.

It's the past.

It may hurt.

But it's not worth.

Getting upset over.

 

Stressing out about it.

Or cutting because of it.

This very quote.

Is going to be tattooed on my wirst.

As a small reminder. 

That I can move on. 

And that it does get better.

I just hope.. 

Anyone. 

Who can't let go of the past.

Can use this like I do. 

Or find one to help them. 

If it gets to it. 

I'll start writing places. 

On myself. 

Or my stuff. 

On other people. 

On their stuff. 

I'll drive people nuts with it.
