Dance in Time

We all know these times do come
when someone is suddenly gone
the story is left undone..

We feel that we are lost
we feel we lost the chance
we feel the worst has come to pass

But we all know the truth
that life is what it is
a fine little dance in time

Some of us have a wilder dance
some of us are calm
but most of us just enjoy the ride

We have all lost someone important to us,
some more recent then others,
but know that they are here with us

They may dance silently while we think of them
but they are in our hearts, our minds
their time will never end
