Quietly I slide to silence

Who cares

I feel childish and insignificant

I don’t cutting space in life, 

I sway with the flow

lingering - JUST- long enough

 

Fear of acknowledgement led me to silence

Being wrong would be nice

But first I must be heard

If I were to pass into the next

I wouldn’t leave a hole, just a dent
