Curing MyselfA Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)
A stroll through the land Of missed opportunities Is scarier than Walking through the shadows In the valley of death. Rays of light shining Through a cloudy day Keep the darkest recesses Of my mind enlightened About the webs of deceit That remain; Now tattered reminders Of the those who tried to Poison my mind With self-righteous negativity. Good thing I keep High doses of self esteem On hand as the antidote To the anti optimist. © 2014 The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)Reviews
