Suffocation by crucifixion

Brings sophisticated contradiction

To an ancient technician

Waiting for termination

On the road to starvation

That will cleanse his salvation.

We often find the Christian community will worship the death of the Savior like some sick idol. While our souls starve the slow death of moral depravation and misconception. Yes, there is contradiction in the Bible. Some contradiction is healthy and provides room for spiritual development. Contradiction in purpose or logic however in counterproductive. The later situation seems to be prevalent in the religious constructs of most Christian communities today. It is a shame I feel. There is much beauty in this story.
