Hot summer sunsets

Are the perfect backdrop

For two lovers kissing.

 

Cool autumn sunsets

Are a great way

To bring two lovers closer.

 

Cold winter sunsets

Have a way

Of making two lovers one.

 

Warm spring sunsets

Become the epitome

Of two lover’s faith in one another.

 

Sunsets are not

The end of daylight,

Rather a chance

For love to show

It is stronger than the night.

Brilliantly romantic and that last stanza really made the poem. For love is stronger than the night and usually in the night as well. The pull the night has on our emotions is magical, and the last burst of the sun as it descends is just the prelude into that enchanting realm. Beautiful write!
