A massive overdose

         Of melancholy

Mixed with

         100 proof of reality

Is a deadly combination

         To a laboratory heart,

Yet curiously adrenaline

         To a gutter born heart.

Proving once

         And for all

That psychology studies

         Are nothing more

Than the cheese

At the end of the maze

And the rat

         Is the professor,

Thus making that diploma

Parchment paper

Meant to be burned

         At a ritual

To conjuring up

         The devil’s soul.
