Möstly Blüe Without You

Möstly Blüe Without You

A Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)
"

I saw Mötley Crüe on their final tour last night so I thought it would be fun to do a poem using some of their song titles. But this time I will not reveal them. And yes it is for my lady.

"

Once I had a taste

Of the wild side

I had trouble

Trying to find myself

Until I found you.

I want to thank you for

Appreciating all

The instruments I play.

You have brought out

The animal in me.

The new tattoo

Around my soul

Is your electric  personality

That will kickstart my heart

Every time you call my name

With desire in your voice.

As I reflect on my life,

Where I’ve been,

Where I am now

And where I am going,

I have one of the sweetest confessions

To reveal to you,

Being in your heart

Is home sweet home to me.

When I look into your starry eyes

I can sincerely admit

That I want to spend

The rest of my life

In your world.

Please promise me

That no matter where life takes us

We will go on with the show

That is our romantic story.

For you’re all I need

And without you

I never would have made it

To the silver screen.

Winding up with you as my

Leading lady

Has given me a happier Hollywood ending

Than anything I could've

Written myself.

Well thank you for the kind review, I love the creative challenge it brings.
Kick starting your heart. It's hard to be away from or to release from someone who has given you that kind of power. The kind that make you believe again. You express this honestly, and sincerely. Oh, and good to know the Crue is still jamming, out there somewhere.

Thanks for sharing this, D
