Finding My Angle

Finding My Angle

A Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)

There’s a slippery slope

That is dry as a bone,

My only hope

Is using my traction skills to hone.

I try not to be a dope

When I’m on the phone,

Trying to really cope

Maneuvering ‘round life’s orange cones.

Ohh this inclined plane of life.. we just get stuck there. We try to f8ght against the odds but we slip and fall freely to the awaiting doom.. how much we try to maneuver around the orange cones of life we slip.. Liked the concept of this poem. A very nice scribble indeed Amigo. ;)

Thank you so much Sophy, appreciate the feedback.
Survival of the fittest theory, adaptation theory, live simple think royal theory, choose battle wiselytheory, cut and trim down those you pull you down, let it go theory, tomorrow is the key,etc all can give us a hand in this slippery slope life to cope, well done my friend

You welcome, take care
Most of us just go slip sliding along all of our lives till we fall over the edge. I was inspired to write this tiny gift poem for you:

Falling

On a glassy slope
of ice covered stone
I had lost all hope
of not being thrown

far from reach of rope
to the Great Unknown
where I’ll claw and grope
as I fall alone.

Why thank you for the very cool retort.

You're welcome! I just had to do something with those "own" and "ope" sounds.
The words slid of my tongue as smoothly as syrup, but unfortunately my handicap (two bouts of summer school for geometry) clouded the meaning of this piece. Still, Ance, the words felt wonderful to speak aloud. Sorry I can't critique.

Thank you very kindly sir, I appreciate your feedback.
Oh, nice pic to illustrate friction and kinetic energy. :)
Which are healthy in a relationship.
Love this one, it's unique.
