Man's Greatest ContributionA Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)A wonderful person and great poetess Madalyn Beck inspired this poem with her piece "Addicted"
Remember
when you walk the razors edge Between
innocence and immortality That
once you bleed you can’t get the blood back And
a scar will forever remain.
But…
Once
a crimson drop seeps from your flesh The
soil it taints will forever be The
sacred ground that your soul Will
forever inhabit.
Now…
When
you get the urge to finally Peel
back the skin exposing the truth Just
remember that Adam’s rib Gave
mankind the greatest gift…
So…
Keep
the closet clean by Letting
the bones fall where they may.
