Sex Being A Sin?

I respectfully disagree with those who think sex is a sin. Pleasures of the flesh are not a sin. Sexuality is a God given emotion. Sex being a sin is the ideals of the men who wrote the bible not God's. Remember the bible is suppose to be God's word but it is tainted by man's influence.

I don't believe anybody thinks sex is a sin. They think sex under certain conditions (or not under certain conditions) is a sin.

That is what I am talking bout, like sex out of wed lock being a sin, I do not believe it is or that God believes it is,but that is just me.

The idea of sex out of wedlock being a sin is a cultural thing, not a moral one.

I agree wholeheartedly. I certainly haven't steered clear of sex in my book and quite a bit of it happens before the characters marry. However, sex is a gift that shouldn't be misused. People can use that strong emotion in a way that is self-destructive or hurtful to one's partner.
