My HaloA Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)My
halo has been rusted From
all the tears I have
caused through the years, Flooding
me with regrets Till my
bridge of redemption Got
washed away.
My
halo is bent Out of
shape From
all the wreckage I have
caused Due to
my reckless disregard For
all the innocent bystandards.
My
halo has turned Black
and blue From
all the pain I have
inflicted On
unwilling opponents While
I was fighting my fears.
My
halo is shiny, Smooth
and unbruised Because
the Lord Has
forgiven me For
being human. © 2014 The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE) |
