(We Are) That Simple

(We Are) That Simple

A Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)
"

Not so much creative as thoughts put into print.

"

We are all normal

         We are all abnormal

We all are flesh and bone

         We all bleed red

We all laugh

We all cry

We all search for purpose

         We all have a voice

We can all make a difference

We all need a helping hand

We all have enough in common

To get along, it is really just that simple

So let us bond in our differences

Rejoice in what makes us different

Instead of complicating things with hate.

Thank you so kindly hon. Appreciate the support.
we aren't really that different at all, are we?

wish all would read this and heed what it says...because this is both truth and heart of the matter.

Thank you so much Jacob. Well said.
Positive.. Perfecto! The world--as well as the world of poetry--could make a lot of use of your positivity attitude.
Take care, my friend... And thanks for sharing.
