The Tomb

The Tomb

A Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)
"

inspired by the Easter sermon at church yesterday.

"

Rolling the stone away

Is proof that

There is life after death.

Within those stone walls

Is where good

Came out of the darkness

So mankind could believe

In a power so great

It doesn’t have to be seen

To gives us what we need

When all hope is lost.

Just sit next to the man

Who seems to be

Overlooking The Tomb,

Look into his eyes

Then you can see

That The Tomb is eternal life.

This brought the resurrection of Lazarus into the picture. Although none of us in this generation was a personal witness of such a great miracle, we have accepted the idea that there is indeed life after death. Believing is the key. This also translates to us finding a drop of hope however bad the situation we are in.

Believing is the greatest asset of faith.
Your unique Easter message is strong & clear. It tells of so many of the ways Easter touches my heart, especially the idea that any of us can rise from a bad situation & partake of His never-ending grace (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie
