Autum's Kiss

Autum's Kiss

A Poem by The Rock And Roll Cowboy(REBEL WITH A CAUSE)

Autumn’s Kiss

Red and gold

fall from the sky

and scatter about the ground.

some gently glide across the earth

and seemingly dance

like alfred astaire

with his feet off of the ground

when Autumn

blows a kiss

so humans can see

the beauty in death.

What a beautiful picture your words paint. I can see those leaves in their dying moments giving a last display of grace across the ballroom floor. Very nice Dale.
