Camille drove as fast as she could to her gym. She was kicking herself for not thinking of Joshua sooner. Was her almost slip of unfaithfulness the reason her husband was now gone?

As she entered the gym she saw Pedro Alvarez spotting a customer lifting weights. The look on his face said he was surprised to see her. She nodded and held up her hand to acknowledge him. he reciprocated the gesture.

She went to the office and flipped through her reolodex of customer information. She kept it for easy access in case of an emergency, she just never figured it would be for something of this nature.

Once she found it, she called Detective Stone and relayed Joshua’s phone number and address.

When she stepped out of the office, she saw that Pedro was finished with the customer and was cleaning the weight bench. She started towards him, “Hey, Pedro. I’m sure you’re surprised to see me.”

Pedro gave a quick nod. “Yes, I am.” He stopped cleaning the bench and stood up to face Camille. “How are you doing?”

“I’m holding up.” She said half-heartedly.

“So what are you doing here?” There was pure concern in Pedro's question. “Shouldn’t you be home with your kids?”

“There still at school.” Camille waved him off. “I just came by to get some customer information.”

Pedro raised an eyebrow. “Who?”

“Joshua Miller.” Camille paused a moment. “In fact, have you seen him around her lately?”

Pedro thought a moment. “Not that I’ve seen.” He looked her up and down suspiciously. “Why? Is there a problem?”

Camille looked at him a moment before she finally shook her head. “Not really. I was just curious.”

The look on Pedro’s face said he didn’t believe her.

You know. “ Camille said. “I think I’ll be going into the gold members' room and do some workout. Blow off a little steam.”

Pedro shook his shoulders. “It’s your gym. You can do whatever you want.”

Camille half-smiled and turned around, and headed towards the room. She could feel Pedro’s eyes burning a hole in the back of her skull.
