I like how the structure of this is almost-riddle-like, making me go back and read again. With a complicated notion expressed here, I find it speaking to me on more than one level, which, of course, is suggested by the meaning of the poem itself. And so my physical reading experience of this piece is thematically related to the subject matter. Which is an extremely difficult thing to pull off -- I've only seen it done before by Edgar Allan Poe. Love this!
No, no, no.. sometimes eyes can lie and we can't even being to see that.
The dust is what we left behind in many aspects in our lifes but you lately been writing so poetic like if you are experiencing a trance from within.
The internal faith I called it ( discernment that is a gift an inner voice that never fails us if we stop and lessen) For you could be like a breath. But sometimes the spirit takes over us and we do speak in tongues..This piece make me so peaceful in many ways.. time is all we have. Keep reaching for the Heavens.. Sky is not the limit.. I tell that to all my friends.. keep going! Don't stop!
Wow, I can't really find the words to review this well except to say I understand exactly where this write is coming from. I love the way it's worded. Excellent word choice to be a pleasure to read and to make great observations.
I hear the subconcious speaking through the words between the lines of this poem, how we question obvious things and follow easy paths to avoid better things in life because we fear change...faith is a hard thing sometimes, but believing is easier with the right person in your life....
Nicely done cowboy!
love the message!
It's better to be dead and cool than alive and uncool
