That Day.

I look out the window,

I look out and smile,

I see the spot,

Where I made you mine.

It was a rainy day,

And under that tree,

You were standing there,

Standing with me.

I wanted to say,

Say, that I love you,

And I wanted you to,

Say you love me too.

And in the moment,

That moment with you,

My heart gives in,

And I tell you I do.

I take your hand,

In both of mine,

I look at you,

and can't help but smile.

You were so timid,

Timid, indeed.

You shyly smile,

And look at me.

You tell me then,

You finally do,

That you did in fact,

Love me too.
