New Year

As the title suggests!

The year has gone by in the blink of an eye

With its ups and downs, good and bad times,

Friends made and foes bitter enemies.

There has been a good mix of good and bad,

But everyone has their memorable moments

And happy memories that stays with them

Surviving forever in their minds.

Resolutions have been made and broken,

With more to come.

But as everyone’s gathered together

We all wait with bated breath

For this New Year to arrive.

So with a happy gait

I say that Together we look forward

To welcoming this New Year.
