of the store where he can (una bolsa de ensalada que no tiene cara para reconocer)

get the bags of salad that (“Very Veggie” por Dole es su favorito)

same isle, doing the (buscando para arándanos agrios y picatostes)

same thing & yet on (una eternidad bostezo)

this day a strange (hoy algo diferente?)

woman comes walking (sus labios, sus ojos, tan bellos)

towards him---she (y, sin embargo, y sin embargo, él que quiere saber su)

smiles as if to say hello (tratando de forzar a sonreír)

to a long lost friend, (para que ella se sienta cómoda, para invitarla a su ojos)

however, he doesn’t (él no se puede!)

her & it shows on his face.
