she been outta the saddle for some time now

she been away from the scratchin’ of her itch

she been waiting for that somebody to come along

she been waiting patiently (but patience is such a b***h)

she been doin’ what she can to distract herself

she been tryin’ but it been increasing with every hour

she got the need, she got the need & so desperately

she know it ain’t gonna be solved with no cold shower.

 

he been outta the race for a while now

he been outta the game for a bit

he been tellin’ himself that his peak has come & gone

he been tellin’ himself he no longer the s**t

he been lookin’ for things to take his mind off

he been lookin’ for somethin’ to dull the want

he been drinkin’ like a sieve & chain smokin’ again

he been stayin’ up late, but for what?

cause’ when you’re relying on cold water to stop you
