strategic interception

 

1. “sir, did you or did you not speak to your then fiancé about the purchasing of xxxxxxx for recreational use, on the 5^th of June, 2004?”
2. “um, i’m not sure what you are referring to---that was 8 years ago.”

a.   “sir, are you denying that you made a phone call on the 5^th of June, 2004, in

            which you, and I quote, said “i’m thinking about hitting up Randy for some

            xxxxxxx?”

1. “i may of said any number of things in June of 2004”---may i ask where you

are getting your information concerning this supposed comment on this supposed

call?”

2. “we got our information from Verizon, the company whose phone plan you were

using during that year, and I believe you still are with them, aren’t you?”

1. “you have got to be kidding me.  you were bugging my phone?  i haven’t even

had so much as a traffic ticket in my life.  for what reason were you listening to my phone calls in 2004?”

2. “sir, that is not the issue here.  answer the question, please.”
