Reflection #1

I have recently been deep in thought about the following theory.

SBS= deeper then REM

Unless you are familiar with both:

A) The Kingdom Keepers

AND

B) Four stages of dreaming

then the aforementioned theory will make no sense. This is merely a reflection. Tell me what you think: would being stuck in a sleep state mean that you are deeper in sleep then the fourth stage of dreaming REM? (Rapid Eye Movement)
