Pounding footsteps

Squeaking shoes

Racing heart

Thrashing breath

Key around my neck

Cryptogram in my back pocket

Running to meet my six comrades

Still based off of Kingdom Keepers by Ridley Pearson like my poem "Dark". Someone mentioned they were curious and would like a sequel poem, so I wrote it. Please leave a review.
