what went wrong with my generation

we don,t know how to love

we can f**k we can fight

we think are views are right

but we dont love.

we use,we need, we exploit, we judge, we condemn, we call child services, we fight with the va over piddly crap.we f**k dumb girls that dont know any better.we smoke rock with 19 year old badgirls. but we dont love. love is stupid simple .a 4 year old does it better than most grown ups can. its like a barrel full of rain in the desert.its a shop full of pastry on christmas. its giving a buck to the crazy drunk.,its caring about people youve never met. its love.for f**k sake, lets do it

I don't think it's any particular generation's fault. it's just the nature of people to be a******s.. I mean selfish. the 'greatest generation' that fought ww2 seemed to have stable homes, yet found it perfectly acceptable to make blacks sit in the back of the bus. the hippie generation (and I was a hippie) tossed peace and love in the faces of the world, then abandoned it to become businessmen when they thought it expedient. the following generations are no different. we pick and choose who and what we love. mostly, it seems, we love ourselves.
