I Love You
A Poem by demureminds
I love you
I love you
I love you
I love you
I love you
…
a million times
through infinity,
the way you shy
away your enduring stare
enveloping me
in you,
the scent of your hair
navigating through
our memories to times
when days were finite,
and our lives
a concoction
of scrambled puzzle
pieces,
each fragment unfitting,
until I met your hands,
and they dovetailed
to mine,
but anyone can say
I love you.

i hope i get one of the first copies of your first poetry book..
it would find a special place on the shelf of my essence
this one has a feel of unbridled giddiness..
your hand is a master sculptor of spark and emotion..
