you inspire kindness in me
a sweet whisper of childhood laughter
little reminder of the softness
i lack but am after

you inspire in me creativity
a process bold and loud
a song unique to my soul
overflowing with joyous sound

your inspiration lifts me high
when my need is to soar
rocks me gentle and warm
when i can't get any lower

you inspire in me possibility
no boundries and best expectations
and teach me to harbor hope
to ignore self imposed limitations.
