The Couple

I love to watch ballroom dancers. I feel it the single most intimate pastime that lovers could share.

Verse 1
They had been out on the dance floor
Dancing all night.
Then a song from their past played,
They smiled in delight.
They had to go,
They had to dance it.

And they swayed
Like the treetops in a breeze,
They twirled
Like a whirlwind on the sea.

The audience had parted,

In the universe so vast.

A great composition! Or rather, the word superb would be more appropriate perhaps! The presentation of the song through this peice is awsome.
