little Witches

little Witches

A Poem by Jimmy Crapped Corn

Burn them at the stake, they must be little witches.
They are different than us, their clothes have fewer stitches.
We don't want them, living on our block,
Spin it, and  spin it, as we turn back the clock
Unbridled ignorance, is going to last and last.
Because we, have learned nothing, from our past.
If it's not something we like, we make it a sin,
Repeated thru history, again and again.
We love to persecute those sinners, run them out of town.
Write new laws to en-prison them, til there is none of them around.
If your a little bit different, different  in any way,
We will force you, to leave, because  you can not stay
Send you to a “camp”,  “Folks step right this way”.
Exterminate them, hurry, so the children will not see.
Human brutality, handed out, like its on  a spending spree.

You nailed it. History repeats over and over fear anyone different. Follow obey the pack or suffer. The civilations that allowed the most diversity, lasted the longest. How soon we forget

Seems 'love your neighbour' doesn't exist in today's technological world. We've returned to cloning or being like another because that's what is told and expected to live on. Don't think about it, I'm a sat-sitting oracle sitting at the top of my own personal list - ergo am perfect.
Once upon a time there was a man then - today stumbled and pushed him into the gutter.. who knows what will happen when someone has the courgage of gently pulling him out of it and into the light.

Religion can make ignorant, violent and mad people I'm this case and many in history; they use it as a weapon and an injustice.
It is sad and laughable indeed when we look back at all those historic events. You have shared an excellent take on the subject .
Religion can have the opposite effect in other ways and people.
Suffer not a witch to live
Dumb and stupid doctrines.

If only we could accept and celebrate the differences. Plenty of meat on the bones to ponder on here Danny.

We still want them all to be just like us.
And this administration has quite the spree going on.
So sad.
