PoisonA Poem by D. MansfieldFiction
I'm a poisonous flower, some will kneel to smell,
Overcome quickly, by the poisonous fragrance I sell. Outside, everything looks normal, Inside, its full of rot. Come quickly to me, I love you, or that is what you thought. I think I love you, but dont know what that means, That ends up hurting people, over and over it seems. i stay in the back of the garden,Surrounded by weeds Don't require alot of water, it's only sunlight, I need. Don't come, to the back of the garden, Unless it's poison you seek, "I'm OK here alone", Into your ear I speak. © 2025 D. MansfieldReviews
