Anger

what anger feels like to me

Seeing red

 

I cant controll what i say

 

everybody seems to be prodding my emotions

 

pushing my level of self controll

 

I cant take it anymore

 

I let out my emotions in words

and walk away

 

but they follow

 

pushing out new emotions

 

sadness

 

pain

 

yet i feel no guilt for what I have done

 

what anger has done to me
