not a nightmare

very short piece, only a paragraph, that i came up with one night.

[I took a nap earlier, I didn't plan on it and haven’t done so since I was 7 or 8, and yet I fell into a sleep where the dreams were distorted, everything was confusion and fear, and yet one thing shined through all this. The hope that tomorrow may be different. That tomorrow maybe we will accomplish that which we wish to but could not summon the courage. The hope showing through the dream was what kept this dream from being a nightmare.]
