I love it...

one of my many issues

I cant help but love the empty feeling in my stomach,
The hollow feeling, isn’t one I think of as bad,
I like it,
Love it,
Crave it,
So I don’t eat,
just to keep it there.

It's a poem of course, but with a little more molding it could be a haiku. I like the minimalism of the poem.
I'd leave it as it is and the hell with the genre.
