torturing memoriesA Story by dorkfishpartly based off of truth, just has never played out before...
“I hope I haven’t hurt you,” the girl, not yet accustomed to her new friends break downs, worries she may have just lost yet another friend. Across from her, the hurt hides behind a curtain of curly brown hair, hiding the tears welling up against her will. “No, no,” she assures, “Your comment has not wounded,” she pauses for thought of how to explain, she glances up through her hair, “but rather the memories it evokes are that which cause pain and despair that is pure agony, close to that of barbaric torture.” © 2008 dorkfishAuthor's Note
