I'm Not One for the Competition.A Poem by Diana
You want me pretty.
You want me neat. You imply that life is some kind of treat. You want me like candy. Pretty and easy to consume. But, me, hey sorry. I'm in a state of ruin. You want me pretty. You want me neat. You tell me I should try, try, try... Try to compete. These games are twisted like the candy cane sweetheart of your wildest dreams.
