I have to share this with my friend Christine. Exercise is a dirty word. I held the couch down yesterday.

sometimes i feel i am doing yoga over the keys on my computer...a zen experience, and my fingers get such good exercise...

and writing is like some crazy meditation...a trance i don't want to come out of...

but then the muse runs out of the house....and i collapse.

The mind boggles.. as did your thoughts here! Don't I know it: the Lotus position usually causes a few petals to fall. Love this, tis far too graphic to be fiction!
