A Poem by h d e rushin

there are those who blame

ObamaCare

for the dismay in the dreams I've shared.

Jay, who says he's the T

in LGBT

wears a wool coat over waist shaping

pantyhose and a matching leopard print bra.

And the sun,

apparitional and ghostly;

she of absolute magnitude

and beauty,

did so shine,

anyway.

This is brilliant in my book. I dont have a book but if I did this would outshine the attention w***e in it - if the attention w***e AND this poem were both in it - said aforementioned imaginary book that is, lol.
Great stuff.

"The sun don't shine on the same dog's a*s everyday." My grandfather. "But, it does shine on somebody."

yes, and tomorrow was always going to have this days name on it...no one to blame, no one to praise...just watch the sun shine in her absolute magnitude and beauty, anyway

what a great portrait you painted here with your words...

"do dodo dodo doddododododododo"

"and he was a she" said "hey baby, take a walk on the wild side"

Damn girl. This poem gave me some goosebumps. I love the final two lines and how they wrap up the sense of society and nature and how nature couldn't care more about our dispositions or identities. I love also the personification of the sun as a she. I don't know how I feel about the first three lines. They don't seem to fit the poem, though they are poignant. Great poem. Love it!
