A Poem by h d e rushin
"

for Marsha

"

Your acting like I've never been in love before, the way I smell like Icy Hot.

My shoulder hurts from that last sexed position. If I dreamt at all,

I would have swam thru crocodile infested waters just to lay my

wet, leeched  a*s on yours. See, it's not complicated. There's a horse going sideways

making turns around the center and then going through that is this

electric current. How about that?

You watch Star Trek long enough and Vulcanicity fills the room with

blown fragments. And whatever devotion is left over,

whatever spent senses rise like those creepy Ferengi;

of that strange baldness,

I shall love that also.

You reach a certain age, and it's not only enough to have a florist on speed dial, you should have a chiropractor as well. Despite the claim that "it's not complicated", I suspect that may not be entirely truthful, especially since the stratement immediately follows the image of swimming thorugh croc-infested waters "just to lay my wet, leeched a*s on yours", an image which I'd argue is very poetic indeed. Vulcanicity and stressful positions--no one else is writing that, or writing like that.
