I will no longer be bound and controlled.....

I will rest with what is,

the here and now,

no longer bound by anxiety of the unknown

I will relax with the flow of time,

following its current,

no longer rigid, I acquiesce.

I will smile in the face of uncertainty,

no longer trying to read the tea leaves.

I will be thankful for the moment I have with the friends I have.

I will no longer allow bitterness of the past to have a place in my heart.

I will love without fear,

pouring myself out for another.

I will hope when all odds are against hope.

I will rebel against the darkness,

standing in the light of truth.

I have been just letting my feelings and emotions dictate to me how I am doing and anxiety for the future stop me from moving forward, I have decided no longer.....
