Silent moment

A moment to think as the night settles in....

Contemplate the distant sound of thunder,

Storms on it's way,

Monochromatic colors of gray across the sky.

An isolated moment of silent reverie,

Overthinking again.

Lost in reverberating somber thoughts.

Change is in the air,

As the sea crashes against and ancient stone sentinel,

Erosion has done its work.

There is peace in the constant drone of Mare's dance with the Shore,

I search my heart, still no answer for why.

Sol abdicates the heavens and shadows grow by Luna's celestial luster.
