8th Grade

Over that summer, Floyd and Melissa got back together as friends again, a little better though.

 

They decided that they value their friendship enough that they decided not to date. That is because if they broke up, they could possibly not be friends again.

 

Their friendship went smoothly, just like when they first met in 6th grade.

 

Except for this time they were a little more mature, and their friends ddin't mind the two of them sitting alone at a table sometimes if they wanted to.
