Broken Memories

So many broken memories fill my mind

Sometimes I find it hard to understand

What life should be like in a true love

Or is there really such a thing anymore?

I feel strange and unwanted

Down and lost in life

This world keeps on going but I’m just standing still

I liked the way things were

But used to be is done and gone

I don’t have a chance to carry on

I feel like nothing’s right

Everything is always wrong

Take me out of this crazy place

Give me the love that I deserve

I’m done with just existing

I want to live and love and see

Just how life should really be.
