Dr. Charles A. Forbin is the chief designer of a secret government project.
He and his team have built an advanced supercomputer, called "Colossus", to control all of the United States and Allied nuclear weapons systems. Colossus is built to be impervious to any attack, encased within a mountain and powered by its own nuclear reactor, filling the area with gamma radiation.
When it is activated, the President of the United States announces its existence at a press conference with Forbin in Washington, proudly proclaiming it a perfect defense system that will ensure peace.
David's Dibs:
Not
much to add except that if you are a computer programmer, you will find
this a wholly terrifying yet fascinating film. Much like HAL from 2001:
A Space Odyssey, or Proteus from Demon Seed, this supercomputer sees
only the end quotient with no human morals or conscience to get in it's
way of progress.
And despite all this, as a solution for world peace, Colossus does make a great deal of sense to me.
A very interesting film that I wholeheartedly rate 5 out of 5 stars. A must watch.

In that I wanted something small and animated, they are welcome to spin their fortune in Google Image search additionally.
Who originally did what images and where and why are they all over the Internet ?
That would be telling. I feel certain in ascertaining that this particular emoticon was not made by the team at Blogster - not initially. But it was found on a Japanese page where an unnamed artist did them all initially for themselves and for their own websites.
There are many sites with emoticons, check out this informational page I put together for DeviantART here,

And there are some emoticons I drew myself from scratch for use in both the S2 and S3 engines.

Wow with what I've experienced there and at the doctor's, it seems like there isn't anything I can't do back on the Internet, overcome any challenge, or be strong enough to keep it all together.

What's been happening on your end? Are you seeing a shrink for depression?

Like last night, I was working on the computer and it felt like something was climbing my bare leg, but I didn't see anything. It happened a few times and then I looked to watch. The muscles in my leg were twitching and there wasn't anything else there, the snake was in my imagination.
And I dream often of killer insects and cobras in my nightmares. Definitely Schizophrenic.

I know I have a slight case of ESP, when it comes to death and near death experiences. They're typically death warnings. I try telling some people like my family about it, but they refuse to listen to me. I think it's partly because they're in denial and partly because they fear the truth.

One thing is certain, I have switches. For instance, if I am listening to the audio of Star Trek TOS I am geared towards housecleaning. Dad has always hated the series. A more serious one is when I see something awful like an accident with a car and there is dismemberment I feel a sharp needle below my waist on the left-hand side. Some music breaks me down inside. Certain scents make me cry too.
These are hypnotic switches - and according to my Dr, they were all done by my Dad who does in fact hypnotize his patients years ago. I wonder if the study included the monkeys he worked with back in behavioral. He did call me his little monkey at times, tiger others - I sure do miss him ...

I was in 2 car accidents last August. 2 days prior to my 1st accident, I dreamt that I was in an accident. Then, I was. Sometimes, I get death warnings in my sleep and when I'm awake about me, family, friends, and/ strangers.
3 years ago, I heard this whisper in my head, that said "car accident." The next day, a young college girl HAD a car accident in front of our house. I told my family about it and they didn't want to listen to me. They thought I was crazy. I may be a little crazy at times, but I do get death warnings, that prepare me for death and near death experiences.
