It is about André, a little boy who is constantly plagued and pursued by the wind giving him a continuous stream of humiliation and bad luck which later attributes to his fear of the wind. David's Dibs: How often have we been pursued by something which may seem harmless to others but leaves us frightened of it for the constant situations it places us in ?
