Writer's Cafe Plugin (Already Installed ?)

Maybe I notice things before others (or maybe not). I am seeing this new icon appear when I am reading one of my chapters.

If you click on it, your page is suddenly put into a format like Kindle was interpreting it.

Does anyone else have this icon in their Firefox browser - and - where did it come from ?
