No matter how hard I tried,
You thought I continued to lie,
But I could never do that.

I wasn't home,
I wasn't cheating,
I was away...

You broke my heart,
All because you didn't believe me,
When I said that I was busy.

I had other things to do,
Because I was with my family,
So why would I lie?

Well look in the mirror,
And you will see why,
I cry.
