Masks

Masks

A Poem by Angie Diane♥♥
"

This is something I had to do in English. We took lines of a poem, but we added out own lines as well. I hope you enjoy.

"
The masks we wear,
Hides our cheeks and shades our eyes,
Because my mouth is open,
We sing, but oh the clay is vile,
Reflecting in my eyes,
The pain I have held,
You do not know,
Beneath the mask,
Deep with mystery,
Is my inner cry,
The masks of our lives,
Hide our pain.

True, when we suffer from inside we resort to wearing that happy mask. No one knows what's inside us, coz they dont bother actually. =(
All of us face it in some or the other part of our lives.
